Hosch said that Estonia was the first choice for the Grune Woche partner country and the official status would be confirmed by an agreement. This year the partner country of Grune Woche is Romania and in 2013 the Netherlands.

Hosch said that when Poland was the partner country of Grune Woche last year, the export of their agricultural products to Germany grew 12 percent.

At the Estonian display of Grune Woche Seeder met with the agriculture ministers of Georgia and Moldova.

Zaza Goroz, the Georgian agriculture minister, said that the country was interested in cooperation with Estonia also because their goods could arrive on the European Union market via Estonia. The Estonian and Georgian agriculture ministers decided to set up a joint cooperation group that would establish Georgia's needs and Estonia's opportunities of helping Georgia. Among other things the Georgian minister expressed thanks to the Estonian government because its wine export to Estonia was going on without setbacks.

The Moldovan agriculture minister, Vasile Bumacov, wants Estonia's support that Moldova could sign a free trade agreement with the European Commission. Moldovan representatives also asked that Estonia could share their experience concerning electronic registers, bearing in mind mainly activity of the Agricultural Registers and Information Board in the sphere.
